Food and beverages

During good weather you may also enjoy your breakfast on our roof terrace - the perfect start to the day! In the evening you can get a drink or snacks at the hotel bar which has a beautiful view of Hamburg and the harbour.

Area information

We are just a 5 minute walk from the Schanze. This student quarter has more than 30 restaurants and pubs and is very popular for locals as well as guests due to its special charm - a great alternative to the Reeperbahn. The Neue Flora (the musical theatre of Dirty Dancing) is about 800 metres away. The bus stop is directly opposite the hotel.

Tourists information

Coming from the South:
- Take the A7 through the Elbtunnel and take the 2nd exit towards Bahrenfeld.
- At the traffic lights turn right towards Zentrum.
- Follow the main road. Our hotel is located after 4 km on your right hand side.
Please note: shortly before the hotel there is a speed camera.

Coming from the East:
- Take the A24 until the end into Horner Kreisel.
- There you take the Sievekingsallee towards Zentrum.
- Stay in the right lane. You will come to the Hammer Landstraße; follow this road for 4 km.
- Stay right again and change onto Willy- Brandt-Straße (former Ost-West-Straße).
- After 1.5 km turn right towards Osdorf/Wedel.
- After 1.5 km you will see the hotel on your left hand side.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
