Area information

The hotel is near the Hamburg central station (approx. 700 m), there you can find all underground and railway lines. The underground line U1 Lohmühlenstrasse is just in front of the hotel, to the bus station these are approx. 450 m, to the fair ground you go approx. 10 minutes (3 km), to the airport these are approx. 8 km. To the highway (A7) these are approx. 10 km to the (A1) approx. 3km.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 0.00 per stay when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
