Tourists information

Arriving by car:

From Bremen or Hanover via the A1/A255:
- Travel over the Elbbrücken bridges
- Get in the right-hand lane of the exit for vehicles turning left, and head towards the centre ("Centrum"), turning into Amsinckstraße
- After the Jet petrol station turn right into Süderstraße
- At the traffic lights turn left into Hammerbrookstraße
- At the end of Hammerbrookstraße get in the right-hand lane of the exit for vehicles turning left
- Go straight ahead at the junction with Kurt-Schumacher-Allee and then make a diagonal left turn to enter the road parallel to Adenauerallee

From Berlin via the A24:
- At the motorway interchange Hamburg Ost stay on the A24 and follow it to its end at Hamburg-Horn
- Leave the roundabout in the direction of the centre ("Centrum"), travelling along Sievekingsallee
- Go straight ahead at the next 3 sets of traffic lights
- At the 4th set of traffic lights turn left into Sievekingsdamm and follow it to its end
- The road bends to the right and leads into Hammer Landstrasse and then into Borgfelder Straße
- After you pass the Siemens building, go over the crossing in the right-hand lane and enter Adenauerallee
- Straight after this crossing, turn right into the road which is parallel to Adenauerallee

Arriving by public transport:

- Take any underground/city rail lines to the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof")
- Take bus number 4, 5, 109, 120, 124 to the central bus station (Bus Port Hamburg)
- Take bus number 6 as far as Kirchenallee (main railway station)
- Take the Airport-Bus to Kirchenallee (main railway station)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
