Hamburg's first "low-cost Design Hotel" was opened in November 2003 according to an extraordinary entertainment concept. 25hours is, as the name suggests, something out of the ordinary - trendy, creative, spontaneous and communicative.

Modern design, an informal atmosphere and several communal areas such as our restaurant with bar, our lounge and our roof terrace will make your stay an extraordinary experience.

Our guest rooms and studios provide space and freedom, and will win you over with the clarity of their design.

Almost all rooms have been individually designed by young designers. The sophisticated, functional design, open spaces and rounded corners create a unique ambience.

Food and beverages

Our restaurant with bar offers a fusion of German and Italian cuisine in a lively atmosphere and at moderate prices.

Adjacent to the restaurant you find our lounge with stylish fireplace.

Area information

The hotel is only 6 km away from Hamburg's city centre, situated next to Forum Altes Gaswerk - a landmark park, shopping and fitness centre. In a few minutes, guests can reach the vibrant centre of Ottensen with its many restaurants, bars, art galleries and boutiques.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, only a few minutes from the A7 motorway, Bahrenfeld exit and the airport. The River Elbe is also not far from the hotel.

Tourists information

Arriving by car:
- Take the A7 motorway and exit at Bahrenfeld
- Continue towards the centre ("Zentrum") along Osdorfer Weg, which leads through Von-Sauer-Straße and on to Bahrenfelder Chaussee
- Turn right into Bahrenfelder Steindamm and then right again into the road Beim Alten Gaswerk

Arriving by public transport:
From Hamburg's main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S1 towards Wedel or Blankenese and get out at HH-Bahrenfeld
OR
- Take the S21 towards Elbgaustraße or the S31 towards Altona and get out at Holstenstraße
- From there take bus number 3 towards Bahrenfeld/Trabrennbahn or Schenefelder Platz
- Get out at Bornkampsweg

From Altona station:
- Take the line S1 towards Wedel or Blankenese and get out at the stop Bahrenfeld

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
