"Gasteresidenz PelikanViertel" is a 2-star boarding-house which is accommodated in an affectionately restored former "Pelikan" Factory. The boarding-house is located in the heart of Hanover, in the borough of List, one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Hanover. Stark modernism, historicism, a blue "Pelican" and his team look forward to welcoming you!

From here, you can reach the tram station as well as various stores and restaurants in only 3 walking minutes. Due to excellent transport links you can also attain the central station, the airport and the trade fair centre in shortest time.

All apartments are fitted with a pantry kitchen which can be equipped with accessories upon request.

A hotel-own laundromat, where you wash and dry your laundry, is at our guests' disposal.

Directly opposite the hotel is the fitness centre “Physical Park”, offering special conditions for our guests for aerobics, sauna, massages and much more.

Your home away from home is located in the borough of List, in a quiet but yet central residential area close to the city park "Eilenriede". From here, you have an excellent connection to the city train. The station "Pelikanstrasse" can be reached in less than three walking minutes. It is a nice area with many stores, cafés and restaurants in direct proximity.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
