ROMER LOUNGE
During the day a place of refuge, a place of rest. In the evening a lounge sophisticated as a classic cocktail bar. The German cocktail champion mixes your drinks.

We will be pleased to help you coordinate your special day. Wedding, christening or celebrations among friends.

Tourists information

By car:
Junction Heidelberg, A656/B37 TO HEIDELBERG drive towards Hauptbahnhof/Schloss, through the tunnel. Behind the tunnel (attention! speed camera), at the second traffic light turn left into Grabengasse. On the B37 (Schlierbacher Landstraße) turn left at the Karlstor, drive through the tunnel. When leaving the tunnel turn right into Grabengasse.

By train:
At the station leave at exit West. Here you will find several bus stops. Take bus no. 33, 41, 42 and get off at the stop Peterskirche.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.50 per person.
