Short description

This family- run hotel is situated in the city centre of Heidelberg. In the morning, a rich breakfast is served, offering whole foods among other things. The hotel's lobby is very cosy and is a nice place to wait or to read.
The hotel does not have any non-smoking rooms.

Hotel information

Please be so kind to inform the hotel if your arrival time will be after 20:00 hours / 8 PM. Your confirmation email will contain contact information of the hotel.

Arrival later than 20:00 hours is not possible without informing the hotel on beforehand.

Room information

The rooms are very quiet since the hotel is located in a residential area with reduced traffic.
Please note: We do not offer non-smoking rooms!

Food and beverages

The wintergarden in the back of the hotel is used as a seperate breakfastroom. During summer you may also enjoy your breakfast in the open backyard.

Area information

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. On foot you reach the city center (Bismarckplatz) within 5 minutes. Once arrived there you get easily to all point in Heidelberg by public transport.

Tourists information

By car exit highway BAB 656 to Heidelberg Mitte. Go on directly to the Bismarckplatz. Turn right into Rohrbachterstrasse and then take the 4. cross-road to the right into Bunsenstrasse.

By bus or train go to the Hauptbahnhof. Go on by public transport to Bismarkplatz. Walk to Rohrbacherstrasse, turn into Rohrbacherstr. and then right into Bunsenstrasse.

Remarks

The front-desk is opened from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 3.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
