The charming Hotel Villa Marstall has a fantastic location near banks of the Neckar river in the old town of the popular city Heidelberg.

Opened in May 2006 we offer stylish rooms with a beautiful ambiance that are good value for money. The hotels has 4 levels and is equipped with a modern lift. It offers a view of all important sights of Heidelberg. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.

Room information

The guest rooms are spread over 4 floors, easily accessible via lift or the historic stairway. All rooms are equipped with a floor of massive jatoba wooden planks, exclusively designed and produced for the hotel in classic timeless design.

Food and beverages

We offer a generous breakfast buffet in our historical basement which features a vaulted ceiling. In addition, nearby you can find a wide variety of different restaurants and bars in old Heidelberg.

Remarks

Please note for late arrivals after 20:00 you have to make arrangements with us before your arrival. Inform us of your mobile number in case we need to get in contact with you. Our reception hours are 07:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 20:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
