Tourists information

Coming from the A656 motorway towards Heidelberg:
- At the 1st set of traffic lights, turn left onto the B37 towards “Eberbach, Neckargemünd”
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right onto the B37 towards “Eberbach”
- Follow this road down to the river Neckar and through two underpasses
- 80 metres before the old bridge (“alte Brücke”) turn to the right and then immediately to the left, into “Haspelgasse”
- You will find the hotel at the end of this street, after the church

If you are arriving using a navigation system, please enter “Haspelgasse” as your destination.

Remarks

We offer discounted parking in cooperation with the car park P12, which is located 4 minutes away (maximum vehicle height: 1.80 m). Payment is due via the machines in the car park once your ticket has been stamped at Reception.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.
