Hotel information

We have eight individual meeting rooms for groups ranging from 8 to 200 people. Each has a varying colour scheme and an air freshening device, lots of daylight and the most modern technical equipment, making it the ideal setting for your event. We will help you with every aspect of the planning and execution of your event. If you should choose to offer yoga exercise in the break we can offer a trainer to lead the group, or if you simply want some fresh air, we have a large “adults’ playground” in which to relax. We can supply small snacks for breaks as well as an outside buffet.

Relax after a successful seminar and working day in the large 250 m² spa area or in the Balance Fitness Club, equipped with the most modern gym apparatus and spanning over 120 m². Why not treat yourself to luxurious “Vital” beauty treatments in our “Amavita Beauty Farm”?

Room information

Our spacious and modern rooms let in a lot of light and ensure you feel completely comfortable during your stay. Each room includes an elegant bathroom with all possible amenities, a walk-in wardrobe, a CD-player and many other details to make you feel at home. The room also offers the most modern technical equipment, including a high-speed internet connection (web@nywhere), which is discreetly integrated.

Food and beverages

Whether you choose the “Mondial” restaurant, our “Stüberl” or the “Weinkeller”, we can promise that the freshest ingredients from the Franconian region will be served.

In “Stüberl” we serve light, fresh dishes with a Mediterranean touch, as well as market-fresh produce from Franconia.

Our restaurant “Mondial” is furnished in a charmingly elegant country house style. Here, chef Andreas Bockel creates delicious, light international dishes. For years now, “Mondial” has been voted one of Germany’s best restaurants by “Der Feinschmecker” magazine, one of the top German food magazines.

During a cosy autumn or winter evening in “Weinkeller” you can expect the best Franconian wines, a Franconian “Brotzeit” (a meal or snack consisting of bread, cold cuts, cheese etc) and other hearty specialities.

Before dinner, after dinner or simply in between, our barkeeper at the stylish “St. James Bar” will treat you to cocktails, drinks and snacks from all over the world.

Area information

Take some time to visit some of the famous sights of the area, such as the palace, the Kiliansbrunnen Fountain, the Marienkapelle (Lady Chapel) or the pretty timbered buildings of the Old Town.

Tourists information

From the A3 take the exit Frauenaurach. After Herzogenaurach turn right. Follow the ring-road to Herzogenaurach until you reach the second junction. Turn right here in the direction of the town centre into the street “Zum Flughafen”. Stay on this street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit and go straight over the next roundabout. Pass by “Adidas” and up the hill. After 1.1 kilometre turn right into Beethovenstraße.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
