Our house is central and calmly located in Munich. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, telephone and cable TV. Our guests can expect a rich breakfast buffet in a nice atmosphere. All public means of transport can be attained in five minutes comfortably by foot.

We strive to provide a peacefully breakfast atmosphere for you, so you can start your day relaxed. We have 4 breakfast rooms in different sizes available for you, 3 of them are reservered for non smoking guests

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
