The Edelweiss Park Villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Munich, close to the Botanical Gardens and the castle Nympenburg.

Access to public transportation is available in walking distance.

The hotel features a small wellness area with sauna ( additional charges ). Opening hours of the Spa Area: 07:00 - 18:00 weekdays (These facilities may be used on weekends and public holidays by prior arrangement).

Food and beverages

Please help yourself to our rich breakfast buffet served from 07.00 to 10.00 each morning. In the evening, we provide small dishes or snacks on request.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
