The 4 star Fleming’s Hotel München Schwabing opened as second property of the Fleming’s Brand in September 2005 in the trendy, lively artist’s district of Schwabing.

Marienplatz, Munich's heart, and many other popular tourist attractions are just a short ride away on public transport from the nearby U-Bahn station. The city's exhibition centre can also be easily reached from the hotel.

After a busy day you can relax in the hotel's extensively equipped fitness area before retiring to your stylish room.

The Fleming’s Brasserie and Wine Bar with its adjoining winter garden offers a total seating capacity of 144. The culinary range covers from juicy grill- and seafood specialities, traditional French brasserie cuisine to classic Italian pasta. All dishes served convince with absolute freshness and individuality. A selected range of national and international wines will speed up the heart beat of any wine connoisseur.

Our beer garden with seating for up to 40 people offers a view over the Leopoldstrasse and hence the ideal setting to take your luncheon break or unwind into the evening with a “Mass” at hand.

From the A9/ E45 Nurenberg:
- Exit „München Schwabing/ Mittlerer Ring Ost“
- Turn right towards „Zentrum“
- At the next crossing turn left into „Leopoldstrasse“. The hotel is located on the left hand side

From the A8 Stuttgart:
- follow the A8 till the Junction with the A99
- leave the A8 towards the A99, direction „Autobahnkreuz München-Nord/ A9 Nuremberg”
- leave the A9 at „Autobahnkreuz München Nord“ towards the A9, direction „München Schwabing“
- exit the A9 at „München Schwabing/ Mittlerer Ring Ost“
- Turn right towards „Zentrum“
- At the next crossing turn left into „Leopoldstrasse“. The hotel is located on the left hand side

From the A8 Salzburg
- follow the A8 until the end
- leave the A8 at exit “Mittlerer Ring Ost“ towards the A9/E45 direction Nuremberg
- Exit the A9 before entering the „Petuel-Tunnel“ at exit “Schwabing/Leopoldstraße”

With public transporation:

With train/ underground:
- From station „Marienplatz“ take the U6 direction to „Garching/ Fröttmaning“
- Exit the train at „Dietlindenstrasse“ (Street extit „Potsdamer Strasse“)

- S- Bahn S8 direction Marienplatz, exit Train at „Marienplatz“ and change to U6 direction „Garching/ Fröttmaning“

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
