This bed & breakfast hotel located in the heart of Munich offers its guests the ideal setting for both short holidays and longer stays, and benefits from ideal transport links. City tours can be booked at the hotel, as can tickets for events at the Deutsches Theater.

Reception is occupied during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:00 - 22:00
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays: 08:00 - 16:00

If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance so that we may provide you with a code for the Digi Box.

Food and beverages

We offer a lovely breakfast overlooking the rooftops of Munich. During good weather you can enjoy your breakfast on our rooftop terrace.

You may order drinks from Reception during opening hours.

Area information

In the immediate vicinity you find the Oktoberfest and the St Paul church. The nearest underground station is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you to all of the city's main points of interest.

The main railway station is just an 8-minute walk away (or one stop by underground).

Tourists information

From the airport, take the city rail line S8 or S1 to the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof"), then change to underground line U4 or U5 until you reach Theresienwiese. (It takes approximately 8 minutes to walk from the main railway station to the hotel.)

If you are arriving by car, follow the Mittler Ring towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof"). From Arnulfstraße, turn left into Paul-Heyse-Straße. Follow Paul-Heyse-Straße and at the 3rd junction turn right into Landwehrstraße. You will find the hotel on the left-hand side. The underground garage is located right next to the hotel entrance.

Remarks

The Premiere TV station can be viewed free of charge. If you need to use a washing machine and dryer, they will be available for a small fee. The fitness room of the hotel can be used free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.
Wireless internet is available in public areas only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
