Central and close to the river Isar, amidst a district with Munich flair, you will find our hotel in a small back road. Within walking distance you can reach the Viktualienmarkt and the Marienplatz as well as the underground station.

Hotel information

In a quiet district of Munich, not far from the Isar river, there resides our hotel. Just a few steps to public transport and a short walk to the famous Viktualien market. In the case of a later arrival than 10 pm, please let us know about your arrival time.

Food and beverages

In our hotel a good, rich and healthy breakfast awaits you for having an optimal start into the day (not included in the room rate!).

We sell beverages in our hotel. In the adjacency you'll find restaurants, cafés and bars.

Area information

Close to the Isar river, in a calm side road in the Glockenbach district, there you'll find our hotel.

Tourists information

Coming from the highway BAB 9, direction Nuremberg, you drive to the middle ring east and take the exit Tucherpark. Approx. 3-4 km straight along till the Reichenbachbruecke. Turn right into the Fraunhoferstrasse.
Then turn left into the Baaderstrasse.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
