Tourists information

Airport: S8 till Rosenheimer Platz, Exit Gasteig, walk right to Kellestr., take a left, in about 30m you see the hotel on the right.
Main Train Station: All S-Bahn direktion Ostbahnhof till Rosenheimer Platz, exit Gasteig.
Highway A8 Salzburg-Munich: The highway is running to the Rosenheimerstr. Drive till the end of the street, take a right to the street "Am Gasteig" and first traffic light to the Preysingstr.
Highway A9 from Nürnberg-Munich: Drive till the end of highway (don't take exit to Schwabing or city center) The highway is running to the middle ring. Drive along till exit "Am Tucher Park" keep on the main road Ifflandstr., Emil-Riedelstr., Oettingerstr., Sternstr., Steindorfstr., take a left into Zweibrückenstr. Over the river keep on the left side to the strret "Am Gasteig" first traffic light to the right into Preysingstr.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
