It is indeed rare to find a hotel which is as conveniently located as ours. Our 3-star-hotel is situated in the centre of Munich - yet it is quiet - and you can enjoy a direct view over the world famous "Oktoberfest".

Area information

You can reach us from Munich main station (Hauptbahnhof) using the underground lines 4 or 5 (only one station to go), your stop is "Theresienwiese". Many interesting places, museums and theaters are located nearby - not more than ten minutes away by car.

From the airport Munich:

- S8 (direction Munich) ca. 40 min. until "Hauptbahnhof"

- U4 (direction Westendstraße) or U5 (direction Laimer Platz), get off at the next stop "Theresienwiese"- exit "Theresienwiese"

From the main station Munich:
- U4 (direction Westendstraße) or U5 (direction Laimer Platz) get off at the next stop "Theresienwiese", exit "Theresienwiese"

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
