Area information

The main railway station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Direct rail/underground connections operate from here to the airport, the exhibition grounds and to the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest).

Tourists information

Via the A9 from Nuremberg / from the airport:
- Exit at "Schwabing-Mittlerer Ring West"
- Follow the 'middle ring' towards Garmisch motorway and exit at "Stadtmitte"
- At the traffic lights turn left into Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right. After this bend, turn left at the traffic lights into Schwanthaler Straße
- Take the 4th street on your left - Goethestraße
- After approximately 50 metres you will find our hotel on the right-hand side

Via the A8 from Stuttgart:
- Continue as far as the roundabout at the motorway's end
- Turn right at the traffic lights into Pippinger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach the junction with Bodenseestraße, where you should turn left
- After a while, this road becomes Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right
- Continue until you see the entrance to the A9

Via the A8 from Salzburg:
- Exit at "München Giesing" and continue to the end of the motorway
- The motorway continues into the 'middle ring'
- Follow the middle ring until you see a sign for the underpass "Pasing – Stadtmitte“
- Leave the middle ring here and turn right into Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right
- Continue until you see the entrance to the A9

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 48.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 20.00 per person.
