Tourists information

Arrival by car on the A9 motorway from Nürnberg or the A8 motorway from Stuttgart:
- Exit onto the A99 motorway towards Salzburg.
- Before crossing München-Süd exit for Ottobrunn, then head towards München-Perlach (for approximately 5 km).
- Approximately 200 metres after the Neuperlach Süd S and U-Bahn station you will see the hotel on the left-hand side (opposite Siemens).

Arrival on the U or S-Bahn from the Ostbahnhof:
Take the U5 or S6 to Neuperlach Süd. Exit for Carl-Wery-Strasse West; turn left and go along the street for 200 metres and you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
