Our cosy bed & breakfast hotel is ideally and conveniently located in a quiet residential area in the west of Munich. It is possible to reach us from both the motorway and the city centre in around 10 minutes, and the nearby underground train connects you to all parts of the city.

The double and single rooms are spread over three separate buildings. Buildings A and C are furnished in a contemporary style while building B has been decorated with charming antique rustic furniture.

The cosy atmosphere and the romantic hotel garden create the perfect setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Look forward to a sumptuous breakfast buffet and refreshing drinks which, during fair weather, you can enjoy in our hotel garden interlinking the three buildings.

Area information

Centrally located in the borough of Laim, near the "Mittlerer Ring" (the ring road), the hotel is easily accessed. It is possible to reach the city centre by car, U-bahn train or taxi and in less than 15 minutes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
