Tourists information

By car:
- From the A57, exit at junction 22 Duesseldorf - Center/Neuss.
- Exit at Neuss-Hafen.
- Turn left at the traffic lights and left again at the ESSO garage.
- Turn left at the next traffic lights: Carl-Schurz Strasse.
- After approximately 500 metres you will reach the hotel.

From train station Düsseldorf:
- Take the 709 tram towards Neuss Theodor-Heuss-Platz.
- Exit at the Langemarckstraße station. Driving time is approximately 19 minutes.
- Follow the above mentioned instructions from the ESSO garage.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
