The guest rooms, partly equipped with balcony facing the park, are comfortably furnished in modern designs.

Food and beverages

A good day at the Burghotel Stammhaus starts off with a varied breakfast buffet, also served on our outdoor terrace in the summer.

Besides our dinner menu, our chefs also recommend the rich variety of restaurants in the old town of Nuremberg. In direct proximity you will have the choice of numerous restaurants serving Franconian, Italian, Greek cuisine or home-made bratwurst.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
