Travelling on the A3 Frankfurt-Passau motorway:
- Coming from Frankfurt: Exit Mögeldorf.
- Coming from Passau: At the Altdorf motorway intersection on the A6, proceed to Heilbronn, up to the Nuremberg Ost intersection and exit Nuremberg-Fischbach.

Travelling on the A6 Amberg-Heilbronn motorway:
- Coming from Heilbronn: Take the Nuremberg Sud motorway intersection to Nuremberg up to the Zollhaus exit.
- Coming from Amberg: Take the Nuremberg Ost motorway intersection to Nuremberg, up to the Fischbach exit.

Travelling on the A9 Munich-Berlin motorway:
- Coming from Munich: Take the Nuremberg-Feucht 3-way intersection to Fürth and proceed up to the Zollhaus exit.
- Coming from Berlin: Exit Nuremberg-Fischbach.

Travelling on the A73 Coburg-Nürnberg motorway:
- Coming from Bamberg/Erlangen: Take the A73 Franconian Express Roadway (Frankenschnellweg) to Nuremberg/Fürther Straße to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
