The first class Best Western Macrander Hotel Frankfurt/Kaiserlei is located between Frankfurt and Offenbach close to the freeway-exit and roundabout Kaiserlei. Our 127 single and double rooms stand out for a feeling of style and functionality with all amenities of an international hotel. For your conference we have 7 multifunctional conference rooms, an area of 400 sqm for up to 250 persons. In our restaurant "stephans bistro&garden" we serve regional and international specialities, "stephans bar&lounge" is the ideal meeting place to end the day.

In our restaurant stephans we serve you regional and international specialities, wich on sunny days you also can enjoy on our garden terrace. "stephans bar&lounge" is the ideal meeting place to end the day.

Tourists information

Arrival by car from the A661 motorway:
- Exit for Offenbach Kaiserlei, towards Messe, Hafen and Capitol.
- The hotel is located close to the Kaiserlei roundabour.

Arrival by train from the main station in Frankfurt:
Take the S 1,2, 8 or 9, to Offenbach/Kaiserlei. The station is 100 metres from the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
