Düsseldorf, Cologne and Essen. You can find bus and tram and train connections directly at the hotel.

Remarks

For arrivals after 8:00 pm please contact the hotel, because it's possible only after consulting. Otherwise you have to arrive until 8:00 pm.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.
