The City Hotel Ratingen provides all the advantages of a modern city hotel with ideal access to the motorways, the central main station, and within 7 km of international Rhein-Ruhr-Airport Duesseldorf. Public traffic services are right beside the hotel and bring our guests either to the heart of Duesseldorf with its famous shopping area "Koenigsallee" and the Old Town or to any of the surrounding business or shopping centres.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.
Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.
