The ARCOTEL Camino in Stuttgart is due to open its doors in January 2008. Situated just a 10-minute walk from the main railway station and 500 metres from the city centre, this new "design hotel" with modern guest rooms and suites combines historical architecture with understated 4-star luxury.

Due to its proximity to the railway station (500 metres away), the hotel allows excellent access to the airport, which can be reached in 30 minutes by car or express train. In addition, the city’s new exhibition grounds ("Neue Messe") can be reached comfortably in 15 minutes.

The legendary "St James’ Way", or "Camino de Santiago", provides the inspiration for this hotel; for over 1,000 years the pilgrim's route has stood for friendly encounters and introspection. Similarly, our bar SCALA invites you in for a moment of relaxation and contemplation beside the open fireplace, while our restaurant WEISSENHOF provides you with culinary "encounters" of the highest quality. Our six meeting rooms provide the perfect setting for successful, concentrated work.

By public transport:

Driving time from the airport to the hotel: 27 minutes

By train:
At the train station take the S2 or S3 at platform 2 towards
Backnang / Schorndorf. From the train station it is 5 minutes to get to
Heilbronnerstraße 21 and the hotel.

By car:

- Coming from the South (Salzburg A1 / Munich A8) take the exit
52b Stuttgart-Degerloch
- Drive onto the B27 towards Stuttgart Degerloch / centre for about
8,3 km.
- Take the B27 Hohenheimer Straße for about 1,7 km
- Follow the B27 to Friedrichstraße
- You will find the hotel after 0,5 km on Heilbronnerstraße 21.

Coming from the North (Berlin A10):
- Take the exit 38 - crossing Weinsberg onto the A81 towards Stuttgart/Weinsberg
- Take the eixt 17-Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen onto the B10 towards
S-Zuffenhausen / centre for about 4.4 km.
- Take the B10 / B27 for about 2,8 km. Stay on the B10 / B27 which
leads onto Heilbronner Straße. After 7 km you will find the hotel on
Heilbronnerstraße 21.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and costs EUR 9.00 per hour.
