The guesthouse Berlin-Paradies is located in the Treptow/Köpenick area of Berlin, with its forests and waterways.

It represents the ideal base for business travellers, holidaymakers, those visiting the congress centre and those attending training courses.

With the aid of the adjacent restaurant and its affiliated entertainment booking agency, events such as family parties, work functions and club socials can be hosted on our premises.

Informacje o pokojach

Powierzchnia naszych apartamentów wynosi od 27 do 31 m² i składają się one z pokoju wyposażonego w standardowe udogodnienia oraz małego holu z szafą. Sypialnie wyposażone są w 1-4 łózka (pojedyncze, podwójne, łóżka piętrowe lub łóżka polowe), a większość apartamentów posiada także aneks kuchenny (2 palniki i zlewozmywak), stół i krzesła.

Uwagi

Transfer z/na lotnisko/dworzec kolejowy (wyłącznie po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu) dostępny jest za dodatkową opłatą.
Końcowe sprzątanie: 20 EUR (jednorazowa opłata)

Recepcja nie jest czynna przez cała dobę. Prosimy o telefoniczny kontakt z hotelem i poinformowanie o przybliżonej godzinie Państwa przyjazdu!

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
