This is the right place for those on a budget who still wish to be situated 10 minutes from Berlin's best known and most visited attractions.

The Julia House has sturdily built rooms and with a pension feel to them. Facilities include a fridge and a TV. A bathroom separates two rooms.

The next underground station (U8/9 Osloer Str.) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We have a free car park and an elevator. Please see below for a full list of details.

Pokoje: 1 łóżko, 2 łóżka, wspólne pokoje z telewizorem i lodówką
Tylko dwa pokoje mają wspólną łazienkę.
Bezpłatny parking, przestronny hol, gdzie oferowane są usługi gastronomiczne, basen i rzutki oraz telewizor z dużym ekranem
Uwaga: zapewniamy pościel, ale ręczniki muszą Państwo przywieźć sami.
Płatności przyjmujemy wyłącznie w gotówce lub wcześniejsze wpłaty na konto.

Haus Julia posiada obszerną część gastronomiczną, w której nie tylko serwujemy śniadanie (4 EUR/osobę/dobę), ale gdzie wieczorami mogą państwo także spędzić wieczór przed dużym ekranem, zagrać w bilard lub rzutki i dać się obsłużyć przyjaznemu personelowi.

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.00 per person.
