This apartment house is situated near to Alexanderplatz in the city centre of Berlin. With the S-bahn train and the underground U-bahn train, you can reach all areas of the city and all the sights very easily.

We offer friendly and bright en suite accommodation in a familial ambiance. There is a bistro on site where we serve a varied breakfast buffet.

The hotel has a central location only 5 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station Wollankstraße from where you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. There are 2 beautiful courtyards on site where guests are free to relax.

Our apartments feature single beds and bunk-beds as well as well-equipped kitchens including a fridge, stove, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The bathrooms are tiled in white.

You can either bring your own bed sheets, towels and TV or rent them from us at a small price.

Various bus lines are also nearby. From the end of the Stadtring Nord you can reach the hotel in approximately 10 minutes by car.
