- Change on to the line U1 / U15 until you reach station Kurfürstenstrasse

- From station Ostbahnhof: Take the urban railway (S-Bahn) line S3 / S5 / S7 / S9 until you reach Warschauer Strasse.

By plane:
- Tegel Airport: City Airport Bus 109 until Uhlandstrasse, then change onto underground line U15 until you reach station Kurfürstenstrasse.
- Tempelhof Airport: Take the underground line U6 until you reach Hallisches Tor, then change onto line U1 / U15 until you reach station Kurfürstenstrasse.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
