The Mark Hotel Alpha is situated in the heart of Neustadt, Dresden’s most colourful quarter.

The hotel boasts a central location, with all of Dresden’s sights – such as the reconstructed Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the Semper Opera House and the Zwinger Palace – easily accessible by foot.

Arriving by car:
Leave the A4 motorway at exit "Dresden-Hellerau" (81) and continue towards "Dresden Zentrum". Follow the main road B170 (Radeberger/ Hansastraße). After approx. 4.5 km, turn left into Fritz-Reuter-Straße. You will find our hotel on the right-hand side after approx. 100 metres.

Arriving by rail:
The nearest railway station is Dresden Neustadt. From here take tram number 3 in the direction of "Wilder Mann" and get out at the station "Liststraße". Then change to the tram number 13 in the direction of "Prohlis" and get out at the station "Friedensstraße". From here, the hotel is just a few metres away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
