Arrival by car:
Motorway A46 Wuppertal direction Duesseldorf. Take the exit Duesseldorf university / city centre (“Uni/Zentrum”) no. 6.

Arrival by train:
Take the S8, S11 or S28 in direction Neuss from the central station and get off at Duesseldorf Friedrichstadt. You may also walk from the central station and reach the hotel in about 8 to 10 walking minutes.

Arrival by plane:
Take the S7 from the airport and get off at “Volksgarten”.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
