This hotel boasts an easily accessible location in Southeast Hamburg, and can be reached by car via the A1 and A7 motorways. The bus stop right outside the hotel provides a good connection to the city centre.

At the weekend we also offer a shuttle service to/from the centre, according to availability.

By public transport:

From the main railway station:
- Take the underground line U3 in the direction of Mümmelmannsberg (use the last carriage so that you will be at the right exit)
- Get out at the station Horner Rennbahn
- Take bus number 160 towards Berliner Tor
- At the third station (Blaue Brücke) leave the bus and you will find yourself right in front of the hotel

From the airport:
- Take the Airport Express towards Ohlsdorf underground station
- In Ohlsdorf change onto the underground line U1 in the direction of Ohlstedt
- At the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof Süd) change onto the underground line U3 towards Mümmelmannsberg and continue as described above

By car:

Via the A1 from the South:
- Take the exit “Hamburg/Moorfleet”
- Follow the Ring 2
- After 4.5 km you will see the hotel on the left-hand side

Via the A1 from the North:
- Take the exit “Billstedt”
- Follow the B5 towards the town centre (“Zentrum”)
- Take the Horner Rampe slip road and then turn left
- After 1.5 km you will see the hotel on the right-hand side

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.50 per person.
