The privately-run hotel is centrally located near the port, the trade fair centre and the congress centre. The famous 'Reeperbahn' is nearby, as well as an underground station (only 5 walking minutes) which brings you comfortably to all destinations in Hamburg.

Arrival by train:
Take the subway no. U3 to St. Pauli. The hotel is only 250 metres from the station. Travel time: approx. 10 minutes.

By car:
Motorway A1 exit 'Centrum', further direction Altona/St. Pauli. Coming from the A7, take the exit Bahrenfeld and follow direction 'Centrum'.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.
