The Heikotel-Hotel Windsor is located in the quiet Hamburg district of Bramfeld, directly opposite the corporate headquarters of the international company "OTTO-Versand".

We offer 17 double rooms and 5 single rooms. All rooms offer a cosy atmosphere and feature furnishings of high quality cherrywood.

Public transport services await right outside our front door and provide connections throughout the city. Wandsbek Gartenstadt underground station (for the blue U1 line as well as the red U1 line) can be reached by bus in less than 5 minutes. Numerous buses take you directly to Hamburg Airport, and stop just a few hundred metres from our hotel.

Shopping trips in the city centre, a visit to the exhibition/trade fair grounds, or a journey to the harbour are all possible via public transport, each journey time being approximately 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.50 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
