The Residence am Hauptbahnhof is located in the heart of this Hanseatic city, right next to the main railway station and close to the Binnenalster lake. Numerous shopping streets, cafés and restaurants await outside our front door.

Our sister hotels "Hotel Lumen" and "Hotel Terminus" occupy the adjacent buildings.

The entire hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard offering high quality guest rooms and en-suite facilities. Beds and carpets are new throughout, giving this hotel a fresh feel. Rooms feature cable TV, shower, hairdryer and telephone. Triple rooms are available on request.

A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning in our cosy breakfast room, and includes a selection of cereals, cheeses, yoghurts, breads, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Take the train to the Hamburger Hauptbahnhof.
You will reach the hotel 2 minutes from the underground stop Hauptbahnhof Süd.

By plane:
Take the Jasper Bus Shuttle to the Hauptbahnhof train station.
A taxi to the hotel costs approximately EUR 20.

By car:
Follow the signs towards Centrum/Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is right near Hauptbahnhof-Süd.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
