Our house is located just a 10 minute public transport journey from the city centre of Hamburg with its shopping miles, theatres, opera house and cultural sights.

The district of Harvestehude is one of the oldest and most beautiful boroughs in Hamburg with a rich choice of restaurants and beautiful manor houses – the ideal surroundings for a stroll. The borough of Eppendorf and the borough of Poeseldorf are both nearby.

Uwagi

Our office hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Mondays throughout Thursdays, and from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.

Should the time of your arrival differ from the above mentioned office hours, please let us know so that we can arrange for the housekeeper to welcome you.

Incoming reservations on the weekends we will handled as soon as possible on Monday!

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
