Reception is occupied until 22:00. Please contact the hotel if you intend to arrive later than this, so that we can give you a code enabling access to the hotel. You can then obtain your room key from the key box.

Cologne/Bonn airport is 4 km from the hotel.

For all our guests who are not travelling by car, we provide a shuttle-service. We will gladly pick you up from the train station Porz-Wahn or from Cologne/Bonn airport.

The shuttle-service is of course free of charge, and is available daily from 05:00 until 22:00. If you require this service, please inform us of your arrival and departure times in the comments box when booking.

Zasady anulowania rezerwacji: W przypadku anulowania lub zmian w rezerwacji do 2 dni przed datą przyjazdu, hotel nie obciąży Gościa dodatkową opłatą.
W przypadku anulowania lub zmian w rezerwacji po tym terminie lub w przypadku nie pojawienia się Gościa w hotelu, hotel obciąży Gościa sumą w wysokości 80 procent opłaty za wszystkie noce .
