The reception desk is open from 6.00 – 10.00 a.m. as well as from 5.00 – 10.00 p.m..
Outside business hours you can check-in comfortably using the check-in terminal.

Coming from motorway A4/A1 (North)
Exit for Frechen coming from the direction A1 Koblenz. Turn onto the Dürener Straße towards Köln (Cologne). Take the first junction left into Max-Planck-Straße.
Coming from motorway A1 (South)
Exit for Frechen shortly before motorway interchange Köln-West. Continue straight through the first traffic light, then take the next street left into the Max-Planck-Straße.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
