The hotel is found by Drottningtorget, which is the hub for trams, the Central Train Station and the bus terminal, which is the terminus for the airport buses going to and from both Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg City Airport.

It is situated close to the main tram station Drottningtorget, Central Station and the bus terminal which is the end station for buses travelling from Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg City Airport. Around the corner, is the largest shopping centre in Scandinavia, Östra Nordstan, which retains more than 150 shops and parking facilities, all under one roof.
The Exhibition Centre, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Rondo and the Universeum are easily reached by tram. The main tram stop is just 50 meters from the hotel's entrance and provides connections to the most popular attractions in Gothenburg.

- From the E6 motorway, follow signs for "Centrum".
- Drive towards "Centralstation/Östra Nordstan", passing Nordstan Shopping Centre on your right.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged SEK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs SEK 120.00 per day.
