The hotel is located in the north of "Schwabing". The "Englische Garten" is only 5 walking minutes from the hotel. The popular "Leopoldstraße" with numerous shops and restaurants is two stops away from the hotel. The "Marienplatz" is only 8 minutes, the exhibition area of Munich is 20 minutes away by underground.
Both areas, the M,O,C, and the famous soccer stadium, the "Allianz Arena" is 2,5 km north of the hotel.
With easy access to the motorway, yet most of the hotel rooms are quiet.

Coming from all directions heading to the interchange north, follow the A9 direction Munich to the end, keep on the right lane (not the underpass) and turn left at traffic lights. The hotel is after 20 m on the left site. By Airplane: Lufthansa Airport Shuttle, bus-stop "Nordfriedhof" opposite hotel, By Underground: U6, stop "Northfriedhof".

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
