Situated near to the A8 highway for Munich-Stuttgart in the recreation area of "Langwieder Seenplatte", our hotel is well-known by business-people. Our hotel offers comfortable and cosy rooms with a beautiful view overlooking the Langwieder Lake. And if you get hungry or want to go for a drink, our lake terrace, the self service beer garden or the restaurant offer international and Bavarian specialities in a nice atmosphere.

Nearly all of our rooms offer panoramic views across the Langwieder Lake. Our hotel is a non-smoking-hotel; smoking is permitted in our restaurant.

From January 2008 we will offer the Premiere TV channel in all of our rooms free of charge.

Please note that our restaurant is closed on the evening of 23 December and the entirety of 24 December 2007.

During the winter, you can spend your evening in our cosy hotel bar with an open fireplace.

Our establishment is located on the western outskirts of Munich in the middle of a huge natural rehabilitation area. This location is both idyllic yet central for Munich and its many sights can be reached in only 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
