Mixing the traditional and contemporary is the philosophy of owner Werner Kirchlechner and his employees. It is especially important to him not to treat guests as room or credit card numbers, but to offer personalised services from the bell hop to the managing director.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.
